Its function is the certification of welding manufacture specialists on the objects depended on Russian Technical Inspection of Russian Federation. Certificate Center “Belenergomash” Ltd. has the sanction to certificate the welding manufacture specialists by the kinds of welding specified in the Certificate of conformity AC-CACв-067.

• the II-nd level (experts) - 821 persons;
• the III-rd level (experts) - 80 persons;

The terms of the certificate of conformity issued by Certificate Center “Belenergomash” Ltd. (CR-2AC) to fulfil the certification of welders (experts of the I-st level) and specialists of welding manufacture of the II-nd and the III-rd levels of professional training for dangerous industrial objects.

1. Subject of permitted activity
   1. 1.1.Certificated Center CR-2AC is entitled to certificate the welders (experts the I-st level) and specialists of welding manufacture of the II-nd and the III-rd levels of professional training for following groups of dangerous technical devices.
   2. 1.2.Certificated Center CR-2AC can certificate the welders of different welding and melting ways.
   3. 1.3.Certificated Center CR-2AC is entitled to certificate the specialists of welding manufacture of the II-nd and the III-rd levels of professional training having the right to manage and control the welding work, including technical training of welding work, development of the industrial-technological and normative documentation.
