Boiler E-25

Three boilers type E-25-39-380G were delivered to the customer JSC Kemerovo Azot. The boilers are installed and have achieved planed production capacity.

On the 20th of October technological boiler-house of Kemerovo Azot Ltd. achieved planed production capacity in volume 75 tons of steam per hour. The construction was started at the beginning of March 2005, and on the 17th of March this decision was supported on the meeting of the investment committee Sibur Ltd. Total order weight is 150 tons.

Taking into account the importance of supplying the industrial enterprise JSC Azot with energy and the constant costs growth on products and power-engineering specialists? service, this decision was rather actual in the view of the cutting of the losses and costs for the purchase of technological steam from JSC Kuzbasenergo.

Launching of the boiler-house, which construction cost 125 million rubles, allows JSC Kemerovo Azot to reduce purchases from power engineering specialists and save approximately 70 millions rubles per year. Project?s recoupment composes a little bit more than 2 years.

Heat-recovery boiler

Customer: JSC Nevinnomyskyi Azot, water economizer (spare parts) for working boiler G-420BPE is produced and delivered. Total order weight is 60 tons.

Furnace

Customer: The furnace type P-2 was produced and delivered to Niznekamsk chemical plant by private limited company SKB-Neftehim. The furnace is produced in transportable units with chimney. The furnace was shipped, assembled and undergo start-adjusting works. Later the furnace achieves the planed production capacity. Total order weight is 97 tons.
